21. Gary and Annie visit

Okay, so this blog isn't exactly in order. Just before Em's birthday my bro, Gary, and his missus, Annie, came over for a visit. It was ace to see them and it was great to spend some "quality time". We dragged them all over the place: we went to Joshua Tree NP for the day, and also a visit up to the Getty Centre (we thought it'd be quiet while the Super Bowl was on - turns out a few thousand other peeps had the same idea) and nearly went to see Lily Allen (sorry). Other than that we just tried to destroy our livers, one drink at a time.

So thanks to you both for trekking all the way over here to see us, I had no idea that you could buy bottles of wine that big! Sorry for getting in a primary school strop in Malibu, and sorry about my complete incompetence ordering breakfast with a hangover. It was great to see you guys, big love Max & Em : )
